• Donor details - name, email, phone, donation amount and payment reference.
• Service Trust applications - village details, applicant name, phone and role.
• Volunteer sign-ups - name, contact details and areas of interest.
• General enquiries - any messages submitted via forms or email.

3Payment Credentials

Payment credentials such as UPI PINs, card numbers or bank login details are never collected or stored by us. All payments happen within the donor's own UPI or banking app.

4Cookies & Tracking

This website does not use cookies, Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or any advertising or tracking technology.

5Third Parties We Share Data With

Your data is shared only with:

• Our hosting provider, to operate the website.
• Gmail, for handling support emails.
• Google Fonts and Font Awesome, for CDN delivery of fonts and icons.

We use no email-marketing tools, no payment processors, and no ad networks.

6How We Use Your Data

• To process donations.
• To respond to enquiries.
• To coordinate Service Trust applications.
• To manage volunteer sign-ups.

Your information is never sold or rented to third parties.
