1Overview

Prakriti Global Foundation is a registered non-profit based in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, India. We do not sell any products or services - we accept voluntary donations via UPI, bank transfer, GPay and PhonePe, which fund our village adoption, healthcare, education, water and women's-empowerment programmes.

Because funds may be allocated to ongoing programmes immediately, donations are generally non-refundable once processed.

2When We May Issue a Refund

Refund requests for duplicate, accidental or unconsumed donations will be considered if raised within 7 days of the transaction date.

3When We Cannot Refund

  • Once funds have been committed or spent on a programme.
  • For completed campaigns or events.
  • For donations made knowingly in support of a specific, named programme.

4How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (UPI or bank account) within 7-14 working days of approval. Applicable gateway or bank charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.

5Tax Receipts

A refunded donation voids any donation receipt issued for tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor before claiming a deduction for a donation that has been refunded.
